Mango Berry Tango – Green Tea – Protein Smoothie!

Let me start by saying – as someone who doesn’t love smoothies, I loved this one. And drank most of it before I spilled it on myself in the car..it’s fine.

I bought frozen fruit at the store, the bag was actually named “mango berry tango”.  I think it was mango, raspberry, and strawberry!

I used the whole bag and blended it with green tea, about a cup and a half. And then added a scoop of my protein powder. I use a soy based vegan protein so it’s low in calorie and doesn’t cause me any bloating like the whey does! But feel free to use whatever you have!

This kept me full for about 2 hours and then it was definitely time for a snack of sorts, so keep that in mind if you’re drinking this as a meal replacement like I did!
